1。英语专业VS非英语专业 非英语专业和英语专业的学生相比，的确有很大的劣势。英语水平（听说读写）的差距不说，更重要的表现在文化，语言和思维等方面，比如:英语思维能力，英美文学文化，双语的自然切换等等。所以，对于想跨专业考英语研究生的同学来说，一定要重视这些很容易taking for granted的方面！然而，想提高自己的英文底蕴，决非一日之功，需要从长计议。英语专业的一些不起眼的课程即使考研不涉及也一定要自学或者旁听，比如英美文学，翻译，修辞语法，社会文化，语言学等等。想成为一个genuine英语研究生，这是必备的素质。
4。专业课 在考研的四门课中，我认为难度最大的要属英语专业课了（我们考的这门叫高级英语，包括了语言学，文学，修辞，文化等）。作为非英语专业的考生，即使自学了上述课程，对这几门课的理解和把握还是有很多不可避免的缺陷。大四上学期，我把大部分时间都花在这门课上了。由于有前一年英语学习打下的基础，我认为自己的英语水平应该不会比英语专业的考生差，日语也有了一个比较好的基础，所以我把每天的下午和晚上的大块时间用来看文学和语言学，英美文学我一共看了8本课本和4本原著（The Bible, Jane Eyre, O Henry's Short Stories，Greek Mythology）语言学也看了2本教材。四个月的时间我平均每天自习8~10个小时。最后专业课虽然还是只考了107分，但我也无悔了！

A sound body is the capital of the revolution. 8. Remember, your failure is accountable for the only reason: You are too weak; not they are too strong. 9. Under the most unbearable hardship, keep up or give up. Stronger ones will choose the former. 10.
