一、自我介绍要点

       一般情况下，自我介绍控制在2-2分钟内，从五方面：开场白、介绍个人信息、介绍个人特征、期待及最后的结束语展开来说。要注意在自我介绍里面为自己埋下引子，例如：如果你是学霸型的考生，可在自我介绍中介绍取得的相应学术成就。这样，老师就会顺着你埋下的引线，走入你事先准备好的优秀套路里。

二、自我介绍包含哪些内容

老师要求你作自我介绍时，开头可以只用一句话引入：Dear professors, I feel so glad to meet all of you here。然后就可以进入主题。

1、自我介绍的主体内容

①姓名。
②年龄。
③原来的院校、专业。（所属的公司、职位）

④性格、能力。
⑤爱好。说明积极意义。

⑥你对报考的专业有兴趣。举例说明。

结束：That s all about me. / Well, that s who I am. Thanks for your attention。

2. 家庭、家乡、学校篇

① 家庭。说明家人(尤其是父母)对你造成良好的影响。

② 家乡。表达对家乡的热爱。
③ 学校。如果是本校考生的话，在自我介绍中就可以点到。如果是外校，一定要说明你对在原来的院校接受教育心存感激之情，着重强调希望能被录取。

During my college years, I have made rapid and great progress In many areas. As a student, I work very hard. As an intern student, I work earnestly, also gained good comments from colleagues. As a probationary party member, I have been made an example for other students. In a word, I learned a lot in my college life. But gradually, I realized it is not enough. In my opinion, further study is actually urgent for me to finally achieve self-value.
